Girls at Zebras
The Ladies at Zebras had a phenominal year with The Championship Ladies winning both the Social Summer Cup and the Southern Women’s Championship. In the Womens Super league, where women play at the highest level in the state, the zebras took out all 3 trophies, Summer Cup, Statewide Cup and Womens Superlague.
We pride ourselves on our offering for female players who wish to advance to the highest level in Tasmanian State and National Programs. Or… If you just want to play soccer to have fun!
With a very talented group of 32 registered female senior players in 2017, there is a wonderful mentality of team spirit and camaraderie in our female player group who have proved to be great role models and support the advancement of young players.
OUR GIRLS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR BOYS PROGRAM, HOWEVER STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT GIRLS IN FOOTBALL THRIVE AND ARE MORE CONFIDENT WHEN PLAYING IN FEMALE ONLY GROUPS FROM THE SKILLS PHASE ONWARDS.
Register for our girls only sessions with qualified coaches.

At Hobart Zebras, we are very keen to enlist girls in the age group. Trials that we have run before have resulted in girls attending at different times and not all together.
Therefore we would like to gather all of the expressions of interest earlier this year, to enable us to focus on girls – only youth sessions with qualifies coaches.
Please complete this expression of interest form by Friday 23rd February 2018 to enable us to collect the information on the girls and then we can invite them to attend training as a group.
The roster for Junior Youth Girls will start on 5th May 2018.
